General public is hereby informed that Indus Towers Ltd. (Indus) is a joint venture of Airtel, Vodafone and Idea and acquires premises on rent for erection of mobile towers. Public is cautioned that certain unscrupulous persons who neither belong to Indus nor have any connection with Indus, Airtel, Vodafone or Idea are misleading the innocent public by giving false promises to lure them to part with money on the pretext of taking their land/roofs on rent for installing towers.

Public is further cautioned not to deal with or part money with anyone without making enquiry about genuineness of such persons and If anyone deals with persons making false statements/promises, he/she will be doing so at his/her own risk and expense and Indus, Airtel, Vodafone or Idea will not be responsible/liable in any manner whatsoever for any such dealings. Public are requested to contact Indus at the address given below to bringto notice any such false claims/ promises etc.

Anybody interested to give on lease/rent their land/roofs for installation of towers may directly send their request at website www.industowers.com. This notice is being issued by Indus for itself and on behalf of Airtel, Vodafone and Idea.
